How it Works

Sign Up: The property owner visits your site and signs up for your reservation portal. You set the fee that the property owner pays and the terms and conditions of the contract. If you wish to take payment online we will provide a signup form and link to the payment gateway that you choose. Show Me

Acceptance: After the sign up the property owner must activate their account and will then be given a user name and password.

Property Owner Input: The property owner logs into RezEasy using their user name and password then enter details about their property. Details will include description, facilities, room details, rates, seasons, inventory etc. Show Me

Download: After the property owner has completed inputting the data you will receive an email informing you that this process has been completed. You can then import the data into the a PC based application. This allows you to review and edit the data is you wish before publishing the pages for the property (RezEasy generates pages automatically you just specify the property name).

Upload: After RezEasy has generated the new pages you can upload them to your site. The property is now live and available for guests to book over the Internet. Show Me
