1. Your Agreement
   By completing and submitting the order form you agree to the provision of an online accommodation booking service between you and RezEasy.
2. The Service
   Will we provide you with the facility to enter details of your accommodation and availability on to the RezEasy Accommodation Booking Portal and the means to collect online payments of accommodation booking deposits.
3. Your Responsibility
   You must ensure that all relevant information displayed with the portal is accurate and up to date, including prices and availability. In the event of a guest dispute caused by incorrect information, you are responsible for provision of alternative accommodation or refund.
4. Disclaimer
   You agree to indemnify RezEasy against any loss, liability or costs incurred as a result of your failure to provide accurate and up to date information on the Portal Web Pages. We reserve the right, without notice, to change or remove any information on the Portal which we consider to be inaccurate, obscene, or in breach of any law.
5. Operational Limits
   RezEasy will make every effort to ensure the Portal is fully operational and accessible. However there will be times where it will be necessary to suspend access for maintenance or repairs. In addition RezEasy is not responsible for external system & network failures beyond are control that may prevent user access to the Portal.
