Last Minute Deals

Displaying last minute deals is particularly useful if you are using the 365 day pricing and optimizing your prices, ie. reducing prices for unsold rooms for dates in the immediate future. The last minute deals page will display availability and price for each property for 14 days starting at the current date. The dispaly can be advanced by 7 days until the starting date becomes the current date plus 14 days. Therefore, a visitor to your site can see availability and prices for the next 28 days.

The search results include a "hover" function. When the mouse is placed over the property name the square changes colour and a floating window appears that shows the address, city and a thumbnail image. When the mouse is placed over a price square either the property description is shown or you can display text you choose.

A user can click on the price squares to select the property and dates that they require. When the second date (last day of stay) is selected the user is transferred to the booking form for the selected property.
