Change or Cancel a Reservation

If you enable the Guest Module in RezEasy a guest can login and change or cancel a reservation that they have made. You can control the leadtime that is required for the change. "Leadtime" is the number of days notice you require. Example: if you set leadtime to 5 days a reservation cannot be changed or cancelled if the number of days from the current date to the arrival date of the original reservation is less than 5 days.

After logging in using the booking reference and email address a guest will see details of the reservation. The guest can then click the cancel or change icons as required. (See the example below)
