Paradise Travel Demo

This is a typical travel company setup. It features three properties, the Classic Hotel, Cavendish Hotel and the Villa Rosa.

The Classic and Cavendish hotels are a typical setups for a hotel, motel or guest house. They use seasonal rate bands and rooms are charged per room for the Classic and per person for the Cavendish. RezEasy supports 5 different rate bands and per person or per room rate types.

Villa Rosa is a typical setup for a villa, apartment or condominium. It uses day-week-month rate bands

The demo also includes meal plans for the Classic and Cavendish hotels and optional extras for all 3 properties. One tax rate has configured and is charged on room cost only. RezEasy supports up to 3 tax rates and you can specify which rate is charged on each item. Go »

Online Administration Demo

This demo shows examples of reports and the various functions that are available in the online administration section of RezEasy.

Each property owner can view reports for their own property, change property description, meal plans, optional extras, rates and inventory etc. and upload pictures etc. You can restrict property owner access if you wish. The administrator can view reports for all properties. Go »
